This gun can really hold six discs. Simply press down the disc pusher until it clicks then put in the discs
ReplyDeletePlus you can have one already in the chamber, for a total of seven...
ReplyDeleteany chance of getting a view from the other side. My son's got jammed then stuck when jam was removed. took it apart & pieces flew out. I need to know where the little orange pieces go and the springs too. thanks
ReplyDeleteTwo C,
ReplyDeleteSorry, i've already traded away my Vigilon units so i can't do anymore internals photos.
I agree... these Vortex blasters do have quite alot of small bits and springs that tend to pop out when they are dis-assembled, it can take a while to figure out what fits where. :)
I've tried to mod my vigilon and now the plastic piece that connects to the torsion spring(the one that actually launches the discs)won't lock in place when primed, so when I pull the trigger nothing happens because the plastic piece just snaps straight back into the default position when I prime the gun. Can anyone help me with which piece might have fallen out, and tell me where it goes? Or could you help me by sending me a picture of the underside of the launch sled system so I can compare the two and fix the problem?
ReplyDeleteHow did you get the plastic cover for the spring open? i found that mine was stuck, because of something similar to the metal retaining pin in the breech system blasters.
ReplyDeleteAnonymous,
DeleteI just used a precision screwdriver and hammer to tap the pin out, then use a pair of pliers to twist it off... its abit tricky, so you'll need some patience to work on it. :)
My Vigilon's priming slide is stuck with a disc in it what do i do
ReplyDeleteAnonymous,
DeleteSounds like you got a faulty set, just exchange it at the store for a new working unit.
Alternatively, you could open up the casing to try and remove the stuck foam disc (if you have the patience).
Hey SG Nerf I have this piece and I don't know where to put it it looks like a pizza cutter. A long piece with a wheel screwed at the end. It's around 2cm long.
