  1. Would you consider this "Over complicated" ? I know Hasbro doesn't want us modding, but Is it toooooo over complicated in your opinion?

  2. Zack,

Well, i actually find the Swarmfire one of the easiest blasters to work on. The casing and parts are very simple to take apart and the internals are easy to mod.

I'll be posting up my Swarmfire Mod Guide very soon, stay tuned for it. :)

  4. Boomer23,

The Swarmfire's AR is in the front of the plunger tube, it's a spring loaded mechanism that is opened only when there is a foam dart in a barrel. If there isn't a foam dart in a barrel, the AR will be automatically closed by the AR spring, blocking the air flow to cushion the impact.

Yes, to maximize performance improvements from stronger spring mods, the AR should be removed.

  7. Boomer23,

The AR can be left intact, but doing so will reduce the performance improvements.

As for the placement of the casing screws, i don't plan to go through the whole process of posting up where all the individual screws fit in detail, 'cos they don't need to be completely removed from the casing during modding (just leave them positioned in the casing layers) and its very simple to see where the machine screws fit anyways.
